The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine regarding Social Security of the Residents of the Supervised Area

The bill (Reg. No. 6713) harmonizes clauses 12-1 of the Law "On Nuclear Energy Use and Nuclear Safety" with the Tax Code and the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of May 20, 2010 No. 14-рп/2010.

The bill sets the order for administering the charge for social-economic compensations of risks to the residents of the supervised area.
